Dr. Jojo W. Benin

Dr. Jojo W. Benin is a public-policy, project-development and management professional with more than 20 years of experience in Ghana and Sweden. His multidisciplinary background covers project and programme management, feasibility and investment analysis, finance and administration, operations and logistics, institutional restructuring, business-process improvement and research.

At BPDL he is responsible for the firm's operational and technical leadership, directing multidisciplinary teams on project and investment appraisal, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, financial modelling, business planning, project and programme management, environmental and social impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, and policy and governance advisory.

He previously served as Managing Director of Genelec Holdings Limited during its involvement in Ghana's US$175 million District Hospital Project, and as Executive Director in charge of Projects at KRON Finance and Investments Company Limited. His consulting portfolio includes the end-of-term evaluation of the Trade Sector Support Programme, the end-of-term review of the Ghana MSME Project, the results-based monitoring and evaluation system for the Natural Resource and Environmental Governance Programme, and the restructuring of the Volta River Authority Schools Department.

He spent five years lecturing in operations, project, supply chain, procurement and logistics management at Central University College, and provides senior oversight, assumptions review and final approval on every BPDL report and model.
