Designs and leads BPDL's primary research and the analysis behind its market, demand and evaluation studies.
Andrew Decker is a research and management-consulting professional with multidisciplinary training in clinical psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science. He applies evidence-based insight on human behaviour, organisational performance and decision-making to project development, feasibility assessment, programme design and institutional advisory assignments.
At BPDL he contributes to project concept notes, proposals, pre-feasibility studies and feasibility reports; supports research design, needs assessments, condition surveys and stakeholder consultations; and develops reports, executive summaries and presentations for senior management and government stakeholders.
His consulting experience includes organisational development and institutional mental-health programme design, including a counselling unit designed for the Ghana Prisons Service at James Camp, and corporate wellness interventions for HTG Limited and GO Energy Ghana. He is proficient in Excel, SPSS and AMOS.
