Alfred Ayem Agudu

Chartered Accountant and member of ICAG, leading BPDL's finance, accounting and project-accounting function.

Alfred Ayem Agudu is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), with more than eight years of experience in financial analysis, financial and management accounting, tax compliance, project accounting and business administration.

As Head of Finance at Business Process Design Limited, Alfred leads the firm's finance and accounting function. He is responsible for budgeting, cash-flow planning, financial reporting, management accounts, reconciliations, invoicing, receivables, payables, tax compliance and internal financial controls.

Within BPDL's feasibility studies, investment appraisal and project-management assignments, he supports project budgeting, cost analysis, review of financial assumptions and validation of data used in financial models.
